The damn people are so disturbed that I can honestly say, I wish they would die. This is the warped GodHatesFags people. They are "Christian" they run around the country protesting gay pride events, funerals, and now, the services being held for those killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Here is the reason why, to them Bush is a leftist bastard, and because this nation is not shooting fags on site we are a nation heading to hell. So they protest funerals of our troops because "God hates America, and this is punishment".
They should read the bible they claim to follow; there is a whole bunch of crap in there about not judging people, loving your neighbor and so on…
There is a special place in hell for these people…
From there website (I choose not to post the URL)
Number of Americans who have entered hell as result of this bloody takeover of Babylon:
1,723
So to my friends in Tampa, please read this, They are coming to a service of a fallen soldier near you…
Technorati Tags: Crazy Evangelicals, Right Wing Hypocrisy, Thats Gay, War on TerrorThe Rev. Phelps, pastor of Westboro Baptist Church in Kansas, does not attend the funerals to comfort family members, however.
He is there to express thanks for the soldiers’ deaths.
Phelps and his followers believe that the deaths of American soldiers is God’s retribution for society’s acceptance of gay Americans.
Although Phelps says he’s targeting servicemen and women of all sexual orientations, he’s perhaps best known for showing up with vicious signs at the funerals of AIDS victims, as well as gay victims of a hate crimes.
Phelps and other followers say they’re going to create the same scene at a St. Petersburg Church where a funeral will be held Monday for Sgt. James Stewart, who died last week in Iraq. Stewart spent most of his boyhood in St. Petersburg and his mother still lives there.

I forgot to mention that the reason they are saying “Thank God for IEDs” is because back then someone tried to bomb their church with a pipebomb. So in many ways, they’re thinking that this is “God’s Revenge”. Just thought I’d let you know.

Again, I am embaressed and ashamed by those who call themselves
Again, I am embaressed and ashamed by those who call themselves as I do, a follower of Christ.
Please know these people are not all of us.
Everytime I read the sign, “thank God for dead
Soldiers” I burn with anger. My son is a solider on his way to Iraq. Are they thanking God for my son, or just the dead “fags”, who are someone else’s son. These people do not represent Christ. Please know that.

These bible thumping pray-po’s should not be allowed to breed.
These bible thumping pray-po’s should not be allowed to breed. Throughout the history of man religious zealots have purged unbelievers and alike while the “moderate” of the faith stood buy glassy eyed and said “These people don’t represent us.” J.F.C. all followers of christ and all other superstitious fairy tails are pathetic.

I wrote a paper about The Lara
I wrote a paper about The Laramie Project for a Theatre class I took at Morehead State University and described Fred Phelps and his “Westboro Warriors” as “A group that makes a sickly bile build up in my throat, making me feel like I want to throw up blood.”

Check out my blog later on in the day. I’ll have a post where they were in my home state of Kentucky, picketing a fallen soldier from Bowling Green.

Mr. Atheist.
Christian zealots are guilty of purging unbelievers and the like down through history. There is unfortunately no denying the facts. Once again you are correct. However we are not the only zealots guilty of purging. However I find it interesting you would wish the same to us.
Hate breeds hate, regardless of the so called relgious doctrine. Those of us glassy eyed “moderates” also know the greatest purger of man kind to date was an Atheist……HItler……hummmmm who else do I know who claims to be an atheist……oh yes, why you do.
